Jerry Wilcox (President & Founder)
Mr. Wilcox is a Fort Myers High School Alumni graduating in 1965. He graduated from Florida Atlantic with a Degree in Science focusing on Chemistry and Biology. Jerry was the Lab Director for water and wastewater quality for over 20 years before starting SWFL Water Testing. He grew up on Fort Myers beach from his teen years on and has always been in awe of the water and beauty of this area. He naturally wanted to stay in this area and use his degrees in Chemistry and Biology to serve this community.
Over 40 years of experience in the Environmental Field as a:
- Lab Technician & Lab Director
- Water and Waste Water Plant Operations Supervisior
- Consultant for Water / Waste Water Plants in Maintenance, Repairs, and Operations.
Joseph Francioni (Principal Partner and Exec. Vice President)
Mr. Francioni has an extensive background in construction, engineering (Structural & Environmental Engineering), site design and planning, manufacturing, operations, and finance. He is actively involved in the community and believes if you take care of the community you live in, the community will take care of your business.
- Current 2 Year Director and Past President of the Cape Coral Construction Industry Assoc.
- Current Director and Past Chairman of the Cape Coral Chamber of Commerce
- Past Board Member and Chairman, Cape Coral Council for Progress
