Jerry Wilcox
President & Founder
Mr. Wilcox is a Fort Myers High School alumnus, graduating in 1965. He graduated from Florida Atlantic with a degree in science, focusing on chemistry and biology. Jerry was the lab director for water and wastewater quality for over 20 years before starting SWFL Water Testing. He grew up on Fort Myers Beach from his teen years on and has always been in awe of the water and beauty of this area. He naturally wanted to stay in this area and use his degrees in chemistry and biology to serve this community.
Over 40 years of experience in the environmental field as a:
- Lab Technician and Lab Director
- Water and wastewater plant operations supervisior
- Consultant for water/wastewater plants in maintenance, repairs, and operations
